This tea gives an intensely aromatic, dark and frank brew, given by its ‘crush, tear and curl’ method. Kohinoor CTC Tea tends to brew faster and yields more cups of tea per kilogram. The best way to prepare it is by using 1 teaspoon per 6 oz. cup in thoroughly boiled water, with the addition of milk.
